In the final phase of our process, Execution and Implementation, our project management team takes full responsibility for the project and begins the execution. At this stage, the functional design specification (FDS) is drawn up and further refined by our engineering team. Every detail is meticulously worked out to ensure that the solution is not only functional but also meets the previously defined expectations and requirements. Throughout this process, the customer remains closely involved, allowing us to stay aligned and make adjustments as needed.

The engineering phase focuses on detailing the technical aspects and the practical realisation of the design. Our engineering team works closely with the customer to ensure that every step of the development is tailored to their specific needs and unique circumstances.
