Co-engineering & Design
Creating your ideal
solution

From concept to
quotation

In the second phase of our process, Design & Co-Engineering, the initial sketches are transformed into a concrete concept. This is a crucial step where the ideas and insights from the previous phase come together in a tangible form. At the same time, we provide a rough estimate of the required investment, giving the customer an early understanding of potential costs. By working closely with the customer, we ensure the concept takes the right direction and aligns with the intended objectives.

Shaping
the concept

As the process progresses, the concept gradually takes shape. We develop a concept layout that incorporates not only the physical design but also the key functionalities. This provides a visual and functional representation of the solution. During this stage, collaboration is key: our engineers, and the customer work closely together to ensure that every step of the process meets expectations and requirements.

Functional Layout, Planning &
Investment

By the end of this phase, we have a clear concept and functional layout, as well as a detailed schedule and investment proposal. This enables the customer to make an informed decision about the next steps in the project. The final quotation is the tangible outcome of this process, providing the customer with all the information needed to move forward with confidence. With this solid foundation, we can then proceed to the implementation phase.

Optimisation of the “Airside Interface” section

We have simplified the layout, leading to significant cost savings. This solution also makes maintenance more straightforward, further reducing both time and costs.
